These terms apply when you use Shadow, the employee self-service app developed by Octagon9. By using Shadow, you agree to follow these terms and the policies of the organization that invited you to use it.

Using Shadow

Your organization must provide access to its connected Odoo environment. Keep your sign-in details private, use the app only for its intended work purposes, and tell your organization if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Your organization and Odoo

Your organization manages employee accounts, permissions, approval workflows, and the information held in its Odoo system. Shadow provides a mobile way to access supported Odoo workflows; it does not replace your organization's Odoo service or employment policies. Availability may depend on your organization's configuration and the connected Odoo service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Shadow, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person's account or data, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or your organization's policies.

Availability and changes

We may change, improve, or discontinue parts of Shadow. We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Your organization may also change or remove your access.

Intellectual property

Shadow and its materials are owned by Octagon9 or its licensors. These terms give you permission to use the app for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership to you. Odoo is a registered trademark of Odoo S.A. Shadow is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Odoo S.A.
