Delete your Shadow account

Account deletion

You can delete your Shadow account in the app from its account settings. If you cannot sign in or no longer have access to the app, email hello@octagon9.com using the email address associated with your account.

Include these details

• The email address or employee identifier used to sign in
• Your organization's name
• A clear request to delete your Shadow account

We may ask for information to confirm that the request is yours. We will process the request and let you know if we need anything else. Your organization may separately retain records in its Odoo system according to its own policies and legal obligations. Deleting your Shadow account does not automatically delete records held by your organization.
